CLICO strongly respects your privacy when you visit our website. Personally-identifiable information is not collected from you unless such is provided to us voluntarily and knowingly through the Registration Process for the Marathon and 5K Fun Run events. CLICO and the Trinidad and Tobago Marathon Committee treats all registrant information as strictly and highly confidential.


Use of Personal Information
CLICO and or the Trinidad and Tobago Marathon Committee may contact you if you have supplied your contact information from time to time to inform you of Marathon and or 5K Fun Run issues, changes or other related details. You are free to request that we do not contact you with such information by emailing us at any time.

Furthermore, we do not, and will not, share your personal information with any third party outside of CLICO and the Trinidad and Tobago Marathon Committee. In order for us to process registration requests, we ask for personally identifiable information, such as your name, address and phone number, among other items. This information is used expressly for the purpose of contacting you directly if we were unable to contact you via email or fax. In addition, your email address is not used for any purpose other than responding as per your requests.

Upon acceptance of registration, the applicant would thereby grant the T&T Marathon Committee unlimited use of his or her name and/or picture in the Press, electronic media or other areas connected with the Trinidad and Tobago Marathon.


Under-18 Age Restrictions
CLICO asks that you provide us with your age when you register for both the Marathon and the 5K Fun Run. We will not and do not collect any personally identifiable information from individuals under eighteen years of age without the approval of a parent or guardian. CLICO hereby instructs persons under eighteen years of age not to submit personally identifiable information through our website in the absence of such approval.


Further Issues
Each registration form is preceded by a Legal Issue statement that serves as the primary legal and privacy statement by the Trinidad and Tobago Marathon Committee for Marathon and 5K Fun Run to which Applicants must adhere.


Changes to this Privacy Policy
CLICO and the Trinidad and Tobago Marathon Committee reserves the right to update this Privacy Statement. Should there be significant changes in the way personally identifiable information is treated, a notification message will be prominently placed on this website for a reasonable time period.
